This past Tuesday, three Black Shield members were featured in the "Who's Who in Black Cleveland | Fourteenth Edition." This dinner and reception was held at the Intercontinental Hotel and honored Reverend Otis Moss Jr., American theologian, activist and personal friend of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.


Vincent Montague Jr., President of The Black Shield Police Association was recognized in the Most Influential Section. BSPA Member and Chief of Police Calvin Williams was also featured.

"It’s an honor to be recognized by Who’s Who in Black Cleveland Fourteenth Edition. Rev. Otis Moss Jr. lifetime achievements has inspired my purpose to be a MVP in all parts of my life and in the voting booth to Change The World," states BSPA member Detective Carl Bowers.
