Yesterday, Black Shield Police Association Member and Financial Secretary Charles Boddy, Jr. was promoted to Sergeant. He has been on the force since 2007 - this is his 12th year.
His father, Charles Boddy, Sr. is also a retired Cleveland Division of Police Commander with 27 years on the job; this photo is from his father's promotional!
