Retired Corporal Deborah Turner November 2019 Member of the Month

Retired Corporal Deborah Turner has been a law enforcement support specialist and has been assigned to the Cleveland Division of Corrections since 1991. In March 2015, Ret. Corp. Turner was promoted to the rank of Corporal.

During her 26 years of service with the Garfield Heights and Cleveland Division of Corrections, she has served in multiple capacities: 9 years as a full-time Dispatcher, Police Matron, missing person's entry, juvenile records, warrant entry, auto record and processing bonds.

Ret. Corp. Turner is especially proud of her certification in O.P.O.T.C. Instructional Skills and Firearm-Revolver, professional development with the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, Garfield Heights Fire Department Medical Dispatch Awareness and Suicide Intervention for Dispatcher Crisis Communications.
