The Cleveland Police (represented by the Black Shield Police Association), Cleveland Fire and Cleveland EMS participated in the first "Public Safety: Chili Cook-Off" hosted by Kenny Crumpton from Fox 8 News. Celebrity judges included Chef Fabio Salerno of LAGO EAST BANK and Townhall Chef Scott Popovic (recently seen on Hell's Kitchen) and Chef Eric Wells of Skye LaRae's Culinary Services.
The Division of Police was guided by students from Jane Adams Culinary School who helped us prep and season the chili. Dubick Fixture & Supply, Inc. hosted the event a donated graciously to the Division and Shield.
