About The Event
This will be our first annual Leadership and Professional Development Training session. Current and retired law enforcement officers will coach officers earlier in their career how to lead and advance their careers in the various areas of law enforcement.
We want to show younger officers how to:
Interview for specialized units
Type for units
Prepare for promotional examinations
Further their experience through departmental and external training opportunities
