Yesterday, at First Draft Picks Barbershop, The Cleveland Public Safety Recruitment Team, led by Sergeant Charmin Leon continued the barbershop conversation tour. The goal of these events is to facilitate honest conversation about the relationship between the community and its safety forces. We gathered ideas, diffused tension, answered questions and in general kept the community updated about the positive changes taking place on the Division.
